This Privacy Policy explains how P-Logic Innovations LLC(“P-Logic,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website, www.p-logic.net. It covers the website only. Our devices are built so that sensing and inference happen on the device — “privacy by physics” — and any data handled by a deployed product is governed by the separate agreements and documentation that accompany it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Demo / contact requests. When you submit the Request-a-Demo form we collect your name, work email, company, job role, market vertical, optional phone number, and your message.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address. Subscription is double opt-in — we email a confirmation link and only add you once you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Partner portal accounts. If you register for the partner portal, we collect your name, company, and email, and store a one-way cryptographic hash of your password (never the password itself). Accounts are reviewed before activation.

Information collected automatically

  • Abuse prevention. When a form is submitted we compute a SHA-256 hashof the sender's IP address for rate-limiting and spam protection. We do not store the raw IP address.
  • Analytics. When enabled, we use a cookieless, self-hosted analytics tool (Plausible or Umami) that records aggregate page views, referrer, approximate country, and broad browser/device type. It sets no cookies, does not retain IP addresses, and performs no cross-site tracking or fingerprinting. A small number of conversion events (for example, that a demo request was submitted) are recorded with non-identifying properties only — never your name, email, or message.
  • Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure may keep standard operational logs for security and reliability.

How we use information

  • Respond to your demo request or inquiry.
  • Send the newsletter you explicitly opted into.
  • Operate, review, and secure partner-portal accounts.
  • Protect the site against abuse, spam, and fraud.
  • Understand aggregate site usage to improve the site.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie — anhttpOnly session cookie — only after you sign in to the partner portal, to keep you logged in. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why this site shows no cookie-consent banner.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:

  • Email delivery (Resend) — to send confirmation and notification emails.
  • Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) — to verify that form submissions are human. Turnstile is designed to be privacy-preserving and does not use tracking cookies.
  • Hosting ([hosting provider — to confirm]) — to operate the website and database.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymize it. Your rights

How we protect information

Passwords are hashed with scrypt; session tokens are stored only as hashes; gated downloads use signed, expiring links; form endpoints are rate-limited; and traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we design to minimize what we collect and retain.

International transfers

Depending on where our service providers operate, your information may be processed outside your country. Transfer mechanisms and safeguards are [to be confirmed by counsel].

Children's privacy
