Overview

The AONix Edge AI Sensor Module, designed by P-Logic Consulting, is a compact (32mm x 32mm), ultra-low-power edge AI/ML platform engineered for efficient, on-device processing of real-time data. Equipped with the AONDEVICES® AON1100 AI processor, a host microcontroller (MCU), and a Wi-Fi/BLE/Matter connectivity module, AONix enables seamless development of Edge AI IoT devices.

Key features include an onboard digital microphone, IMU for motion detection, and SPI Flash memory, making AONix capable of handling acoustic and motion events autonomously. The board supports battery operation with a USB-C connector for fast charging and data transfer, while an under-board connector allows OEM integration and sensor expansion.

An advanced variant of AONix adds an environmental sensor to measure temperature, humidity, air pressure, and gas levels, along with an optical heart rate monitor, LCD display, and speaker for expanded capabilities in environmental monitoring, health tracking, and user interaction.
